I just wanted to say thank you for all of the improvements to our new home. We had a group of friends over to the house last night, and they were amazed at the house, especially the kitchen. I had many people asking who did the work. I’m sure with the feedback we’ve provided to our friends, Halifax Homes will have future customers from us. There are many people out there that want improvements done to their homes and finding a respectable contractor that does quality work for a good price is hard to find. Gordon Greeson has just completed the construction of a 4,567 square foot home for me. This is the third house which I have had custom built. Gordon is by far the best contractor I have worked with. He believes in spending time to design the house properly before construction begins. During the design stage and during construction, Gordon was easy to work with and flexible when it came to making changes. He discussed positive and negative aspects of the changes, providing good input before making the final decision. The sub-contractors which Gordon uses demonstrate knowledge in their trades and quality in their actual work performed. As with all new homes, certain items require attention after moving in. Gordon and each sub-contractor responded quickly and efficiently to my needs. My home was completed on time and within budgeted cost. In addition, the completed home looks and has the type of homey feeling that I envisioned during the design stage. I would not hesitate to recommend Gordon to anyone looking for a quality builder who cares
